Please read before making a reservation:

  • We are ceasing all trade from the 1st of April 2012 and only accepting reservations for stays till the 31st of March 2012.
  • The largest group we can possibly accommodate in one room (Ikaruga) is 5 people. In cases of groups above 5 or at times when our largest room is full it will be neccessary to book more than one room.
  • Currently the maximum number of rooms available to book at any one time is three. If you require more than three rooms then please make multiple bookings through the system or contact us directly.
  • Credit CardsCredit card details must be inputted and are used as a guarantee to honor your booking - these details will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  • A 10% discount will be applied for stays of 4 consecutive nights and over.
  • We have revised our child discount policy and currently are no longer able to offer special rated for infants or minors. We sincerely apologise and beg your understanding in this matter.
  • Feel free to use the "note" section of the booking system to inform us of any special requests or if you have any questions. We are always willing to help.
  • Guests wishing to make a booking within one week of coming to stay are advised to call us within office opening hours (10:00 - 18:00 JST).

  • At on site Dining Bar Yougendo we take every Monday off therefore the premises are closed. Business hours are also subject to occasional holidays therefore we advise you to check that we are operating before you come and see us. Websites such as "Gurunavi" "Tabelog", "Twitter(@yougendo)" and our own mobile site are where you can always find a schedule of our business hours and possible holidays for that month. We regret to say that if you book our online special dinner course and it just happens to fall on one of our scheduled "days off" the we would have to decline your booking and for that we apologise in advance and hope that you would understand. Our current scheduled extra day off is 13th of March 2012.

Payment

  • Full payment must be made on your arrival in Japanese yen or with credit card. We do not accept travellers' checks.
  • We regret to say that all credit card transactions are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

NOTE: We require three days notice before the day you arrive to cancel or alter your booking.

Our cancellation policy permits cancellation of your reservation up to three days before your day of arrival without any charges. If you make a cancellation with less than three days notice we will charge you for one nights stay.

As we only have 5 rooms 'No Show' reservations and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the entire reserved stay, we hope you understand. In cases of unfortunate circumstance i.e illness accident, natural disaster or other we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy.

Refunds for late arrivals or early departures will not be given. Charges made to credit cards are subject to a 5% processing fee.
